Women's Fitness 101 is a fabulous program. Using a well-researched approach, it combines nutritional education with strength training, aerobic activity and stretching to allow you to achieve your health and fitness goals. The exercise program emphasizes proper technique in order to avoid injury. The program occurs in a very comfortable and supportive environment. Diana, the instructor, was always so positive and encouraging, and made me feel like I could really achieve my goals. For the first time in many years, I feel in touch with my body. I would highly recommend this program to anyone wanting a sensible approach to becoming fit.
